Returns Policy

SuperSafety.com.au will happily accept returns on faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products as your total satisfaction is paramount. Please contact our customer service representatives by email: info@SuperSafety.com.au or phone 1800 276 872.

We will not refund, credit or replace products if you have simply changed your mind, made an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order. We ask that you thoroughly check all details and all relevant applications for the products you choose. If you are unsure, one of our customer service representatives will only be too happy to help – contact sales@SuperSafety.com.au

We endeavour to have credits or replacements processed within seven to 14 days of receiving your returned item. We will notify you via e-mail as soon as your refund is processed.

Guarantee

All products supplied are guaranteed for quality, standards approved where applicable and performance. If it is found that your purchase has failed in any of these areas we will pick up and replace that product.

When products have been found to be unsatisfactory you will be required to contact customer service at info@SuperSafety.com.au or phone 1800 276 872 and you will be issued with an RGA to return with your goods.

It will be the manufacturer's responsibility to replace or refund where possible. If the manufacturer is unwilling to comply, SuperSafety.com.au will replace the item or issue a refund of your purchase price for that product.
